Terms and Conditions – AlpsPass Competitions 

  1. Organiser
    The competitions are organised by Jungfraubahnen Management AG, Harderstrasse 14, 3800 Interlaken, Switzerland. Competitions conducted via social media are in no way connected with Instagram or Facebook. These competitions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
  2. Eligibility
    All natural persons aged 18 or over and resident in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein are eligible to participate. Employees of Jungfraubahnen Management AG and their relatives are excluded from participation.
  3. Participation
    Participation takes place in accordance with the conditions described in the respective competition (e.g. online, via social media, or on site). Only entries submitted within the specified deadline will be considered. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competitions. Jungfraubahnen Management AG reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in cases of suspected misuse or breach of these terms and conditions.
  4. Prizes
    The prizes to be won are described in the respective competition. Cash payment or exchange of prizes is excluded.
  5. Winner Notification
    Winners will be notified via the channel used for the respective competition (e.g. email, telephone, or social media). If a selected winner does not respond within 5 days, the prize will be forfeited without replacement.
  6. Disclaimer of Liability
    Legal recourse is excluded. Jungfraubahnen Management AG accepts no liability for technical issues that prevent participation.
  7. Data Protection
    The data collected in connection with the competitions will be used exclusively for the administration of the competitions and will not be passed on to third parties.   8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
    The competitions are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Interlaken.
