General information about the AlpsPass

What is the AlpsPass? 
The AlpsPass is a winter sports season subscription that gives you access to the 4 major Swiss ski regions – Adelboden–Lenk, Aletsch Arena, Engelberg–Titlis and the Jungfrau Ski Region – and also includes 3 ski days each in 5 renowned partner resorts.
Which ski areas are included in the AlpsPass? 
The AlpsPass includes the 4 main regions as well as 3 free ski days each in the partner regions of Davos Klosters, Arosa Lenzerheide, LAAX, Portes du Soleil and Verbier 4 Vallées.
Are there any additional benefits with the AlpsPass, such as discounts in restaurants or on ski rentals?
The AlpsPass exclusively includes access to the ski areas and does not offer any additional discounts or benefits with partner businesses.

Validity & Use

How much does the AlpsPass cost?
The AlpsPass costs CHF 949 for adults (20 years and above), CHF 299 for young people (16–19 years) and CHF 199 for children (6–15 years) during the pre-sale period from 1 September to 15 November 2025. Regular prices apply from 16 November: CHF 1249 for adults, CHF 499 for young people and CHF 399 for children. Children under 6 years travel free of charge in both phases.
From when is the AlpsPass valid? 
The AlpsPass is valid from 1 November 2025 for the 2025/26 winter season and can be used throughout the entire season.
For how long is the AlpsPass valid? 
The AlpsPass is valid from 1 November until 30 April, and additionally on selected days in October and May, provided the respective ski areas are in operation.
How does the use in the partner regions work? 
In each of the 5 partner regions, the lifts can be used on 3 freely chosen days. The exact access solutions and modalities will be communicated in due time before the start of the season.
Can the AlpsPass be transferred to other people? 
The AlpsPass is personal, non-transferable and may not be passed on to third parties.
What happens in the event of misuse of the AlpsPass? 
If the AlpsPass is misused, for example by being passed on to other people, it may be withdrawn and blocked, and additional costs may apply.

Arrival & Mobility

Is travel to the ski areas included in the AlpsPass? 
Travel to and from the ski areas by train or car is not included in the AlpsPass. It exclusively covers the use of the mountain lifts within the ski resorts.
Is the journey to the Jungfraujoch included in the AlpsPass?
The section from Eigergletscher to Jungfraujoch is not included in the AlpsPass and requires a separate connecting ticket.

Refunds & Cancellations

Is there a refund if there is little snow or if the season is shortened?
No refund of the purchase price will be made, including in the event of insufficient snow, a shortened season, technical problems or operational closures.

Purchase Method & Data Carrier

How do I receive the AlpsPass if I purchase it in the webshop?
You can either collect the AlpsPass at a sales point in the participating areas or have it sent to you by post. 
Can I load the AlpsPass onto a data carrier such as the SwissPass? 
This will not be possible in the first season. All guests will receive an AlpsPass data carrier.
